paper is less polluting than an electronic device?

Paper contributes to CO2 emissions reduction because it is a natural, renewable and recyclable product. Reading a daily newspaper produces 20% less CO2 than reading online for about 30 minutes. Greenhouse gas emissions from electronic devices have increased by 50% in recent years, and fossil fuels, chemicals, water, valuable minerals or minerals from areas exploited to the verge of extinction and other environmentally harmful components such as lead, arsenic and mercury are used to produce these products.
